Loretta F. Finley, age 65 of Highland, IL, died Saturday, December 24, 2011, at Faith Care Center in Highland, IL. She was born May 04, 1946, in Grand Haven, MI, the daughter of William Carl and Lydia H. (nee Schultz) Reynolds. On June 20, 1987, she married John Finley who passed away on October 21, 1997. She was a member of Highland Hope United Methodist Church. She was also a member of Prayer Group at Highland Hope United Methodist Church; Former Member and Secretary of the Home Extension-Saline & Helvetia Townships; Grantfork United Church of Christ-Grantfork, IL; Women\'s Guild of Grantfork UCC-Grantfork, IL, \"Prayer Warrior\". Loretta was born at Grand Haven and raised at Muskegan, MI. After her 1st marriage she and her husband lived at San Diego, CA; Ft. Tuna, CA; Newport, RI, and many other locations while he was in the U.S. Navy. They moved to Marine, IL in 1980. After they divorced. She married her 2nd husband, John Finley. They owned and operated \"Finley Yard Ornaments\" on Hwy 143, Marine, IL, selling concrete lawn ornaments and fishing bait. After her 2nd husband\'s passing she had found her true calling in caring and keeping others in her prayers. She had a large prayer list; enjoyed writing encouraging letters, and wrote many encouraging letters to inmates. She had prayed daily for various people and loved being a \"Prayer Warrior\".
