Catherine Louise (Holthaus) Lengermann, age 77, of Highland, IL., died Monday, May 17, 2010, at Saint Joseph Hospital in Highland, IL. She was born November 26, 1932, in Witt, IL., the daughter of Henry and Anne (Ernst) Holthaus. On August 24, 1957, she married Aloys J. \"Al\" Lengermann, who survives. She was a member of Saint Paul Catholic Church, Highland, IL. She was also a member of Perpetual Adoration Group of St. Joseph Hospital, Highland, IL; former member Saint Anne Altar Society, Highland, IL. Mrs. Lengermann was born in Witt, IL; grew up in Wood River, IL. Raised by Aunt and Uncle Joseph and Olivia Hauptmann. She Graduated from Wood River High School in 1950. Worked at Olin Matteson Corp. in East Alton, IL. After she married she and her husband moved to Highland. She enjoyed dancing, bowling, traveling, playing cards and spend time with her grandchildren.
