Irma M. Rinderer, age 87 of Marine, IL, died Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at her residence in Marine, IL. She was born on Monday, October 15, 1928, in Saint Jacob, IL, the daughter of Peter C. and Ella K. (nee Graff) Schiefer. On Friday, October 26, 1946, she married Leto J. Rinderer at St. Jacob, IL. Who passed away on Wednesday, February 01, 2012. Irma was born and grew up in St. Jacob, IL. Following her marriage, she and her husband lived in St. Jacob. They moved to Marine in 1950, where they have lived ever since. She was a devoted wife to her husband and mother to her six children. She was a Deputy Tax Collector when her husband was elected Tax Collector. She also assisted her husband when he worked as a Business Agent for Local 680. She kept house, taking care of a large garden, canning, babysitting for her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 30, 2016, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL., with Rev. Philip H. Kershner, officiating.
