Harold F. Frey, age 63 of Pierron, IL, died Friday, May 16, 2014, at Highland Health Care Center in Highland, IL. He was born on Wednesday, August 02, 1950, in Highland, IL, the son of Harold P. and Cordelia M. (nee Zoeller) Frey. On Saturday, October 31, 1981, he married Dawn A. Frey (nee Dewlow) who survives. Born in Highland, IL; reared in St. Jacob, IL and graduated from Triad High School, Troy, IL, in 1968. After marriage he and his wife lived at Cicero, IL. He trained horses at Arlington, Sportsmens & Hawthorne Race Tracks. He worked at Pecter Hardware Store, Cicero, IL; and as a general handyman. In 2004 they moved to Pierron, IL to be closer to his family and make a better life for their children. He loved horses, attending auctions and being with family. Survivors include: Wife - Dawn A. Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 20, 2014, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL. Interment will be at Highland City Cemetery in Highland, IL.
