Arline M. Vosholler, age 80 of Highland, IL, died Monday, December 07, 2015, at Legacy Place in Highland, IL. She was born on Saturday, July 20, 1935, in Troy, IL, daughter of Henry and Gesina (nee Engelmann) Buske. On Saturday, May 25, 1957, she married John E. Vosholler who passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2012. She was a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church, Pocahontas, IL, and St. Nicholas Catholic Church Altar Sodality. She was born in Troy, IL; attended Maple Grove Country School outside of Troy. She worked as a housekeeper; later she worked for East End Cafe; Basler Electric; Imperial Clock Company all in Highland, IL. After marriage, she and her husband lived in Pierron, IL for 10 years, then moved to their farm home near Pocahontas, IL in 1968. She moved to Legacy Place, Highland, in the summer of 2012. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, December 11, 2015, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL and from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at Spengel-Boulanger Funeral Home in Highland, IL. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, December 12, 2015, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Pierron, IL., with Father Scott A. Snider, Pastor, Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Pierron, IL, officiating. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Pierron, IL. Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.
